Application of FSB chemical pump
FSB chemical pump is suitable for long-term transportation of any concentration of any medium under the condition of -85-200 temperature: sulfuric acid, acetic acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid and corrosive media (prohibit the transportation of fast hard crystalline media). FSB type fluoroplastic chemical pumps are widely used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, pesticide, dye, paint, smelting, papermaking, electroplating, and food.
2、 Characteristics of FSB chemical pump
1. The FSB fluoroplastic chemical pump has strong corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength, with corrosion resistance parameters exceeding those of IH stainless steel chemical centrifugal pumps, FB • AFB corrosion-resistant pumps, ceramic pumps, and enamel pumps.
2. The FSB type fluoroplastic chemical pump has the advantages of reasonable design, compact structure, reliable performance, convenient use and maintenance, and energy conservation.
3. The overcurrent part of FSB chemical pump is entirely made of fluorine alloy (various fluorine materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroethylene propylene are reasonably formulated) through molding and processing, which has strong corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, no aging, and no toxin decomposition.
